  • How Do I Know My Order Has Been Confirmed?
    • Once your payment has been successfully made, your order is processed internally (and immediately). Fashion Galleria will send a confirmation mail of placing order, to the email address associated with your Fashion Galleria order/account. In this mail you also find your placed Order unique ID (eg. 1111) for your reference with our customer service team, with help of your Order number you may also check your order status and an expected time of delivery.

  • Is It Possible To Order A Product That Is Out Of Stock?
    • Don’t be disheartened if a product you like is currently not available. Just inform us about your favorite Product by tick on ” Tell Me When Available ” on the Product full Details page and also enter your email address. We will let you know by email when your selected product is back in stock. you may also add your favorite product in wish list to remember your favorite Products.

  • How do I cancel my order?
    • Please drop us an e-mail at info@fashiongalleria.in  or immediately call us on +91 261 6056070  to cancel the order. it can be cancelled until the product has been shipped. if it is already shipped we are not able to cancel the order. once we receive your cancellation request , we will update the status of your order asap and your entire order value will be refunded.

  • How long will it take to process my cancellation request?
    • Once you request for the cancellation of item(s) in your order, we quickly process your request  and  will update your order’s status asap. it will take maximum of 1-2 business days to initiate a refund and will reflect in your account within 7-21 days. You will be notified for the same via email or call.

  • I want to return my product as it is faulty / damaged. What do I do?
    • Please check your product(s) first at the time of its delivery . If you found  it faulty/damaged do not accept it and return it. please inform us about the same by call or email. your money will be either refunded or added to your Fashion Galleria account.
